Gender Pay Gap Report 2023

For Under Fives Ltd employs 246 people and as a result we are not required by law to publish an annual gender pay gap report but do so voluntarily showing the difference in average female earnings compared to male earnings regardless of role.

For Under Fives is a dedicated childcare provider with 13 nurseries and a Head Office where accounts and payroll functions are based, together with the overall management of the Company. The information supplied is a snapshot of the Company on the 6th April 2023.

At this date the Company employed 5 men and 241 women.

The same pay rate for each role is applied regardless of gender.

Of the 20 management roles in the Company, 18 are women and 2 are men, The highest paid roles in the Company are women.

We provide training opportunities for all staff to enable them to achieve higher grades, and promotion as far as possible is carried out internally.
