At the snapshot date, For Under Fives Ltd employed 253 people in 2025. In 2024 we employed 2024 and as a result we are not required to publish an annual gender pay gap report for that year.
At this date the Company employed 4 men and 249 women.
The same pay rate for each role is applied regardless of gender.
Of the 18 management roles in the Company 16 are women and 2 are men, the highest paid roles in the Company are women.
We provide training opportunities for all staff to enable them to achieve higher grades and promotion as far as possible is carried out internally.
